Lunch and Learn:  Digital Transformation

Presented by Eric Stavola

Organizations today are striving to keep up with changing business environments brought about by customer demand and technology.  Digital tools and technology are changing how people interact, and in turn, this changes how people do business.  Digital Transformation is the integration of digital technology into all areas of business, fundamentally changing how we operate and deliver value to our customers.

This presentation will focus on developing strategies to better leverage information in your organization.  Turn your data into intelligence that your business units and employees can act upon.  Learn how to make technology a better partner to your business and turn your information and technology into a true asset to your organization.

This session is presented by Eric Stavola, Director of Ricoh IT Services.  Eric has over 21 years’ experience in implementing state-of-the-art technology-based business systems and customer-friendly processes while reducing costs, boosting employee morale and lowering turnover in under-performing organizations. He brings an extensive track record of developing successful growth and digital transformation strategies for businesses. Prior to joining Ricoh, Eric was the CIO for a regional professional services company on the west coast.  Eric has a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of the Pacific in Stockton California. For graduate studies, Eric holds two master’s degrees in Education and Computer Information Systems. Eric has had multiple articles published on Technology and Digital transformation.
